Fanz Collectibles is a small business and each collectible is one-of-a-kind and customized by hand. We pay attention to detail and want to make sure your collectible is perfect! Due to COVID-19 and high order volume, your order may take longer than usual to reach you but please know that we are doing our absolute best to ship out orders as quickly as we possibly can. We promise our collectibles worth the wait and we are immensely grateful for your patience and understanding.

 

FAQ 

How long will my order take?

During the holiday season, we receive high order volumes. Each order’s production time is expected to be between 5-7 business days at the moment. This time is not guaranteed and can fluctuate, however, we strive to get your order prepared as quickly as possible.

 

When will I get updates?

After ordering, you should have received an order confirmation code. At this point, we have received your order and our work begins! When your Fanz Collectible is complete and out for shipping shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery. 


Can I check on my order?

If you have created a Fanz Collectibles account, you can sign in and check the status of your delivery. You can also email us anytime at sales@fanzcollectibles.com or message us on Facebook. As a reminder, you will receive an update with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

 

Will I receive my order by Christmas?

Collectibles ordered by December 14th will be shipped in time to reach you by Christmas.*
