How long will my order take?
During the holiday season, we receive high order volumes. Each order’s production time is expected to be between 5-7 business days at the moment. This time is not guaranteed and can fluctuate, however, we strive to get your order prepared as quickly as possible.
When will I get updates?
After ordering, you should have received an order confirmation code. At this point, we have received your order and our work begins! When your Fanz Collectible is complete and out for shipping shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Can I check on my order?
If you have created a Fanz Collectibles account, you can sign in and check the status of your delivery. You can also email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook. As a reminder, you will receive an update with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Will I receive my order by Christmas?
Collectibles ordered by December 14th will be shipped in time to reach you by Christmas.*
USPS is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19 and a surge of online shopping orders. Packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. At this point, we can’t predict if these delays will affect Christmas deliverability despite our efforts to ship them on time. Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail.
