You must own the rights to the photo/image(s). If you upload a licensed image or an image you don't own the rights to, we won't be able to produce your custom Fanz Collectibles.
If someone else took the photograph - You need permission from that person
If you used a professional photographer - You need permission from that person
If you took the photograph - You need permission from the person in the photo or artwork creator.
